Qualified Vendor provides Search Services to identify, find and recruit qualified candidates to apply for senior secretariat and agency leadership positions within EOHHS. After execution of the Contract under this RFR, Qualified Vendors will be eligible to perform Search Services for EOHHS under the general terms of the Contract. Specific terms for each Search will be confirmed in a Search-specific Statement of Work. EOHHS seeks Qualified Vendors who meet the following requirements: National reach with proven expertise in human services and/or disability service sectors; Experience in placing candidates with government agencies (local, state or federal); Deep knowledge of the Massachusetts marketplace of candidates and employer; Proven Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) experience with a successful history of providing a diverse slate of candidates; Demonstrated ability to source and place quickly; Thorough vetting process for candidates; An investment of time to truly understand the agency’s mission, values, and strategic goals in order to find a candidate who aligns with these priorities; Will provide regular updates on the progress and challenges of search process; and Will work collaboratively with EOHHS Human Resources staff to refine the search criteria and evaluate candidates.
