Hull: -Hull shall be 16-ft in length -To be a Tunnel Hull (for outboard jet tiller, not to be included in bid price) -Have a bottom width of 60-inches -Sides to be 24-inches -Transom 20-inches -Hull sides and bottom must have a thickness of 0.190-inches Marine Grade 5052 aluminum with Diamond plate deck and diamond tread floor (0.125-inches). -2 Rot resistant external floating pods with Transducer plate on the back (Reference Pictures #2 and #8). -Angled spray rails on the vertical hull. -Interior floor to be raised 4-inches. -Encapsulated spaces to be filled with floatation material or pressure sealed. -One 2-inch drain hole in the stern. -Small, recessed bilge pump area (approximately 14x24”, 14-inches forward and 12-inches side to side from center of drain hole) around hull drain hole, that will allow drainage. -Heavy Duty 2000GPH or greater (preferred Rule Marine). Bilge pump installed with emission port out the stern. -2 Heavy Duty transom “eyes” for tie down attachment. (Reference Picture #7) -Heavy Duty bow eye with 2 holes for connection of winch strap and safety chain. -Gunwale to be manufactured from 4-inch x 3-inch rectangular tubing. (Reference Picture #9) Bow: Bow of the boat should be mostly square with no sharp angles and only slightly raised. (Reference Picture #3) Wash Deck: Slightly raised bow with level wash deck. Wash deck should not have any upward tilt and must be level when the boat is at rest on the water. Excessive upward tilt of the bow will be unacceptable. -Approximate 12-inches (forward to rear) standing platform extending full width of deck. Approximate 6.75-inches above main wash deck surface. (Reference Picture #5) -Inset approximately 5-inches below top of gunwale in front and approximately 2.5-inches at the rear lip of the wash deck, however the rear dimensions can be adjusted as necessary to keep the wash deck surface level. Rear lip to be approximately 2.5-inches in height and rounded. -Main standing surface to be approximately 42-inches long from front of rear. -Must be rigid and capable of supporting at least 500 pounds. -2 drain holes (approximately 1.5” x 3.5”) at the rear of the wash deck for drainage. -Bulkhead under wash deck to be filled with floatation, or pressure sealed. -To be approximately 16-inches high from main floor. If higher, an 8-inch stepping flatform may be requested. Miscellaneous: -Splash pan off the transom -3 pair of tie-off rib reinforcements spaced throughout open area. (Reference Picture #19) -Flooring to be solid welded to each bottom rib. -Uprights to be welded on 12-inch centers and extend horizontally into the floor no more than 4.5-5-inches (maximize floor space) (Reference Picture #19) Ribs are to be exposed where feasible to accommodate fish dividers. -Navigation LED lights on bow and stern. Stowaway pole mounted to stern and recessed shark eye style front navigation lights in bow. (Reference Picture #6) -Six-inch splash wings to be welded across the transom and on top of the gunwale on both sides, extending to halfway up the vessel, vertically from the outer most edge of the primary gunwale, with a 1-5/8” outside diameter round tube rail cap on the top of splash wings. -One removable aluminum fish divider (Reference Picture #13), must be able to fit over ribs to accommodate expansion or contraction of holding area, to the height of the gunwale, must have 1inch spacing for water to drain freely between divider and floor of boat. -Removable front railing (Reference Picture #3), detachable via bolts and lock nuts, should be through the gunwale, structures must be low profile with as few points to snag netting. -Height from the standing surface of the wash deck to the top of the railing should be approximately 34inches, with the rear portion of the rail should taper from its maximum height to 12inches toward the stern of the boat. Trailer: Custom Aluminum Tandem Axle trailer to extend the full length of 16ft boat. –3,500lbs axles with Kodiak Marine Grade Hubs. –4 wheel Kodiak Stainless Steel disc electric over hydraulic brakes. -Must support boat with 90HP outboard motor and up to 3,000lbs of load. -Hull must be completely supported by drive on style Durwood (or approved equivalent) bunks. -Side Runners to be rigid Durwood (or approved equivalent) bunks. -Fenders must have non-skid surface 6-inch or greater width stepping platform in front and behind wheels on both sides and be rigid enough to support 300lbs. -Approximately 12inch x 16inch non-skid surface stepping platforms on both sides at rear of trailer. -At least 16inch wheels with galvanized rims. -One full size spare tire and rim mounted to trailer. -Approximately 4ft tongue. -Hardware should be stainless steel where possible. -Coupler to fit 2 5/16inch ball. -Heavy Duty Jack Stand with removable foot plate to allow for ample ground clearance. Must have ample clearance to all for unimpeded operation. -Installed heavy duty winch with 2inch x 25ft nylon winch strap or safety chain and adjustable winch stand. -Galvanized front stop roller style bumper. -Lights must be submersible, recessed, sealed beam, LED. Light wiring should be connected with the brake wiring for attachment to the tow vehicle. Rear trailer lights should have ice guard protectors. -Trailer safety chains. -Permanently attached ratchet style transom tie downs.
