Base bid: The base bid shall consist of nine separate site locations spread across 5 campuses. Site #1 – CT State Community College Asnuntuck – 170 Elm St, Enfield, CT 06082 At Ct State Asnuntuck Site #1, a carport photovoltaic system is being considered for installation within the existing interior curb line limits of the northeast portion of the campus’ parking lot. • It is anticipated that a nominal 200 - 300KW AC carport mounted PV system shall be configured for grid interactive tie-in with Eversource. Proposer shall determine capacity of system. • The point of connection (POC) shall be determined by the developer. The campus’ main electrical room is just to the west of this location. • Upon approval of CSCU, the proposed system should fit within the limits shown on the image below. Site #2 and 3 – Ct State Community College Naugatuck Valley – 750 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708 At CT State Naugatuck Valley Site #2, a ground mounted photovoltaic system is being considered for the partial cleared wooded area to the north of the main campus. • It is anticipated that a nominal 900 - 1200KW AC ground mounted PV system shall be configured for grid interactive tie-in with Eversource. Proposer shall determine capacity of system. • The point of connection (POC) shall be determined by the developer. • Upon approval of CSCU, the proposed system should fit within the limits shown on the image below. At Ct State Naugatuck Valley Site #3, a rooftop mounted or parking lot carport photovoltaic system is being considered for the roof and or parking lot at Founders Hall. • It is anticipated that a nominal 200 - 300KW AC rooftop and or carport mounted PV system shall be configured for grid interactive tie-in with Eversource. Proposer shall determine capacity of system. • The point of connection (POC) shall be determined by the developer. • Upon approval of CSCU, the proposed system should fit within the limits shown on the image below. Sites #2 and #3 may be considered separately or combined. Section 9 includes pricing tables for each site individually as well as a combined pricing table.
