The purpose behind this IRFP is to identify and implement a long-term social media capture solution which will allow the Archives division to capture and manage Agency accounts of both current and past governors. The Agency seeks an experienced Contractor that can provide all related software, professional services, implementation services, training, and staff required for this project. The solution must include, but is not limited to: a. Electronic records capture of many social media accounts b. Maintenance of electronic records, including retroactive capture and backup of data c. Use of archived data for analysis and reporting d. Retention and disposal of electronic records e. Transfer of data f. Security barriers and disaster recovery plan g. Administration access for Agency users h. Training and customer service support
