Grantee Shall: 1. Ensure the provision of RIS in each specified county within the Regional Program Service Area as identified in the table below, either directly or through approved subcontractors. Additionally, submit to the Agency, for review and approval, the form of any agreement utilized by the grantee, as well as the completed and signed agreement with any such subcontractor, for the provision of all or a substantial part of the Program Activities. 2. Administer a system of direct and consultative services for RIS under this agreement, whether provided directly by the grantee, or provided by the grantee through subcontractor(s), in compliance with all applicable federal and State of Oregon statutes and regulations pertaining to RIS, including but not limited to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA 2004), ORS 343.236, OAR 581-015-2540 through OAR 581-015-2565, and related administrative rules adopted by the Oregon State Board of Education and/or the Agency, and all other applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances, executive orders, administrative rules, requirements and directives...
