The contractor will replace ten (10) fire doors located throughout patient buildings at Spring Grove Hospital Center: 1. The Contractor will remove the existing doors and door mounting hardware in their entirety by removing the door hinges from the door frames. 2. The Contractor shall deploy and maintain a HEPA equipped Negative air Machine and Tenting as required. 3. The Contractor will dispose of any items not designated for reuse, removed items properly and at the Contractor’s expense. The Contractor will not utilize any of Spring Grove Hospital Center’s dumpsters or otherwise leave any removed items on Spring Grove Hospital Center’s property. If the Contractor will be utilizing a Contractor supplied dumpster, the Contract Monitor must approve the location and duration of time the dumpster will be on site prior to its arrival. 4. The Contractor will provide and install new fire rated labeled hardware, to include, but may not be limited to, new latch-sets, gaskets, sweeps, closer, kick plates on both sides of the doors, and new wall mounted door stops. 5. The Contractor will relocate the new wall mounted door stop to align with new door handle and mount new door closures in the same fashion as the existing closers, which includes the regular arm mount on the hinge side of door...
