3548 RIVER RD AND 3107 MAPLE ST BUILDING DEMOLITION consists of demolishing a 3,440 SF two story-brick and frame building, a 1,125 SF two-story frame building, and the disposal of all demolished material. The work includes the removal of foundation walls, footings, concrete floor slabs, including exterior site concrete slabs/pads/walks, and asphalt paving. Excavated areas are to be backfilled with structural soil fill, and the disturbed area topped with 6” of topsoil and seed. An asbestos inspection found no evidence of asbestos material in the 3548 River Rd. building, but asbestos material was found in the 3107 Maple St. building. Refer to the accompanying Asbestos Inspection Reports. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining and payment of all applicable demolition permits.
