Specifications include, but are not limited to: Since 2013, the Broward County Aviation Department's Operations Division - Airside Operations (BCAD OPS) has created, distributed, and maintained all its training in-house. BCAD OPS utilizes Storyline 3 from Articulate Global, LLC (Articulate), to create computer-based learning courses that satisfy the regulatory training for Airside staff mandated yearly by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Federal Regulations under 14 CFR Part 139.303. Storyline 3 received its final update on April 25, 2023. On December 30, 2024, Articulate will no longer provide support for Storyline 3. Therefore, BCAD OPS is seeking to purchase annual subscriptions to the new platform, Storyline 360, along with the latest version of e-learning creation, collaboration, and distribution tools offered by Articulate. Articulate is the sole provider of Articulate 360 in the United States.
