Project #1 Integrated Outdoor LED Sign Metal structure with powder coated that is chip, fade and vandal resistant. 6.67mm Pixel Pitch Sign should be 5' by 8' Double Sided LED Portion should be 3' by 8' Rest of sign should be 2' by 8' and should be made up of UV Resistant Vinyl Graphics Cabinet should be thermostatically controlled to endure extreme temperatures LED Panels should be covered with some sort of polycarbonate for vandal and impact resistance LED Panels should have a USB service port for backup communication and diagnostics Cabinet should include internal LED illumination for the Vinyl Portion of the sign so it can be viewed at night LED panel should be run by a solid state fanless controller Controller should have built in WIFI Controller should have the option for cellular connection LED boards should be easily replaceable that are rated at 100,000 hours at full brightness System should be designed to run on one electrical circuit Steel supports should be engineered for a minimum of 120mph wind load Sign should be installed on a Pedestal that is 4' high Minimum of 5 year on parts and labor Installer is responsible for connecting to power that is within 3’ of the sign.
