To return the Radio Tower Site and Grounds to its original condition with all County owned equipment removed per the project requirements provided below: a. Remove and salvage the existing Generator and Diesel Fuel Tank. This equipment shall be transported by the contractor for re-purpose and re-use to the County Fixed Assets Building located at 2455 Vista Pkwy, West Palm Beach FL 33411. Contractor shall be responsible for off-loading equipment listed above. See Exhibit “1” for photos. b. The Radio Equipment Shelter and the Ice Bridge will be removed from the site by the contractor and disposed of off-site per all Federal, State and Local County regulatory requirements. See Exhibit “2”. c. Remove and dispose of County Grounding System for the Ice Bridge, Generator, Generator Fuel Tank and Radio Equipment Shelter. Refer to Exhibit “3” which is provided as a reference to indicate the as-built condition. Work shown in Exhibit “3” was completed under separate contract and is not part of this scope of work. The tower grounding infrastructure shall remain. d. Demolish and Remove the concrete structure pads, and all related conduit and pipping from under the Radio Equipment Shelter, the Diesel Fuel Tank, the Ice Bridge and the Back-up Generator per all Federal, State and Local County regulatory requirements. Foundations and concrete pads shall be removed to 12” below grade. Refer to Exhibit “4” which is provided as a reference to indicate the as-built condition.
