III. SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS It is the intent of the State of South Carolina, South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) to establish a contract(s) to provide statewide Turn-key services of Long-term Care (LTC) and Non Long-Term Care (NLTC) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) Survey Teams to conduct as-needed Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Initials, Recertification/Revisit/Complaint Surveys at LTC facilities identified by DPH, in accordance with the requirements stated herein. Surveyor in-field “precepting” training of the electronic LTC and NLTC Survey and CLIA Survey Processes for surveyor staff trainees. Team Captain Training for at least four (4) staff members.
