Scope Of Work Performed: We seek proposals from qualified contractors with experience with transitioning from a past end of life pitch roof that has begun to leak and can provide cost effective roofing system that will ensure durability, water resistance, and can meet local and national standards. This project will require an onsite visit by all contractors wishing to make a proposal. This complex has two roofs and the main building (estimated 84 squares) and satellite building (estimated 19 squares). This project will have some unique challenges logistically due to access restraints and being an event space. Limiting interruptions is essential for the project to run successfully. The project will be awarded based on a points systems encompassing; Experience and References, logistical planning, Project plan, Timeline, Cost, and Warranties. Key deliverable Expected: The selected contractor will be expected to provide the following documentation in their proposal • Company Information: Company name, address, contact information, and a brief company history. • Experience: Details of similar projects completed. • Project Plan: A detailed plan outlining how the work will be carried out, including a logistics plan and timeline. • Cost proposal: A detailed cost proposal for the project, broken down by labor, materials, and any other relevant costs. • Materials: Manufacture Specification Sheets. • Warranties: Information on workmanship warranty and Manufacturer System Warranty. • Compliance: Proof of compliance with all relevant safety and building regulations.
