After the conclusion of the 2025 Legislative Session, the ND Volumes of Law (the “Volumes”) are printed and bound for distribution to State offices and others. The ND Secretary of State is responsible for the assuring the accurate and timely distribution of the Volumes. Typically, the Volumes are two case-bound books (sets) with approximately 1000 pages in each. The actual number of pages per book will be determined after final artwork is created. Successful bidder is responsible for printing, binding and distribution as described herein. Quantities: Total number of 2 volume sets to be printed and bound is 267 sets. Artwork: Information and pdf files anticipated to be complete in July 2025. Final production pdf will be provided by State. Each volume will be a separate pdf file.
