1. All fence, posts, gates, and tie wires, etc. shall be black vinyl coated. 2. All fencing shall be installed so that the bottom of the fence contacts the ground in all areas. 3. All fence posts shall be a minimum of schedule 40 weight regardless of cross-sectional configuration. Color to be black. 4. Fence fabric shall be chain link with black vinyl coating and shall be 9 gauge x 2" inch mesh. All fence fabric shall be installed on the inside of the field/pool fence posts. No fence will be set on the outside of the field/pool posts. 5. Reinforcing tension wire is to have a minimum tinsel strength of 80,000 psi. Hog rings of .110" in diameter aluminum wire shall be used to attach fabric fence to reinforce tension wire at 2'-0" intervals maximum. NOTE: Tension wire will only be used on the fence from the gym to the baseball field. The baseball field and the pool fence will both have bottom rails. 6. Tie wire of .144" diameter aluminum alloy shall be used to attach fabric fence to the top and bottom rails as well as the intermediate posts 12" on center (O.C.) Note: the baseball field and the pool will have bottom rails. 7. Tension bars of 1/4" x 3/4" or 3/16" x 3/4" galvanized steel wocen through the fence fabric are to be fastened to terminal gate posts with 11 gauge x 1" wide galvanized steel bands 14" O.C. 8. Selvage top to be knuckled and bottom shall be twisted.. 9. All ferrous metal parts are to be hot dipped galvanized after fabrication. 10. Gates are to have hinges and a latching device that allows access to a padlocking device from both sides.
