1. PERFORMANCE A. Top speed at full throttle on cleared; level ground must be a minimum of 6.0 MPH. B. Drawbar/sprocket pull minimum 9000lbs at 3.0 mph C. Machines must be able to perform draw bar operation during the hottest days of the year without overheating. D. Machines MUST give proper audible and visual warning due to any condition that would normally cause an engine or transmission de-rate, however any machine equipped to derate the transmission due to low fluid levels or high temperature, shall have such systems deactivated prior to delivery. 2. ENGINE A. Engine must be a current production crawler tractor engine offered by the manufacturer. Prototype or experimental engines are not acceptable. B. Engine must be diesel fueled, turbocharged, four-stroke cycle, liquid cooled minimum 104 net HP. C. Displacement must be a minimum of 4.4 liters. D.
