SEI-3 Filers must have a secured user account and login SEI-4 System retains filer information and asks for confirmation or updates for each new filing SEI-5 Filers are assigned to one or more UOGs SEI-6 System retains filer's assigned UOGs for each new filing SEI-7 System sends out emails for notifications and reminders Units of government UOG-1 System maintains a list of UOGs and their administrator and/or contact persons UOG-2 UOG contacts log in annually to update and confirm their list of filers UOG-3 UOG contacts may export/import their list of filers in Excel format Public Access Pub-1 An online portal is provided for public access to records Pub-2 Public may search by filer name Pub-3 Public may search by unit of government Pub-4 Public may search by filing year Pub-5 Public may search by keyword Financial/Reporting Rep-1 Reports include: filers, non-filers, filers by agency, multi-agency filers Rep-2 Fees can be issued to filers (collection and receipt will be managed in a separate system) - Technical Requirements General Tech-1 System is hosted and available online 24x7 Tech-2 System only uses platforms or browsers supported by their manufacturer. Security Sec-1 System provides audit trail of which user performed which actions (record change log) Sec-2 Hosted site has redundant locations Sec-3 Vendor performs data backups Sec-4 Vendor has a disaster recovery plan that is tested at least annually Sec-5 System has user security with complex passwords or SSO capabilities. Data Conversion Data-1 Current data is converted into the system from provided Excel files. Data-2 Historical data is converted into the system from provided Excel files.
