The Mausoleum roof at 1500 E Harvey Ave consists of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of modified asphalt roof over an unknown roofing system. The City is seeking bids to remove and replace the roof with the following specs: Tear off existing roof system to roof decking; Repair any damaged roof decking; Install ISO board; Install new roofing system, as per manufacturer specifications, extending up the parapet and under the parapet cap (preference is either a TPO, or EPDM roofing system); Inspect and replace vents as needed; Seal around all penetrations with new flashing and according to manufacturer's specifications; Install new commercial grade parapet cap on parapet - 18 gauge minimum; Install new commercial roof scuppers (2) with overflows and minimum 5 inch commercial downspouts (2) terminating 4 inches above grade; All sheetmetal to be dark bronze in color matching Mausoleum doors as close as possible
