Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer will provide section corner maintenance and the creation of a Horizontal Control Network of section corners and quarter corners. Corners will be tied to the densified Columbia County High Accuracy Reference Network in order to establish accurate coordinates in the Columbia County Coordinate System referenced to the NAD 1983/91 Wisconsin. Proposer will compute coordinates in the Columbia County Coordinate System, referenced to the NAD 1983/91 Wisconsin as adopted and published by the Wisconsin State Cartographer’s Office to meet or exceed Federal Geodetic Control Committee Third Order, Class I standards. Methods for the establishment of coordinate values on section corners shall require the use of a minimum of 3 tertiary level Wisconsin High Accuracy Reference Network stations.
