This project involves the repair of an existing 60” Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) using Ultra - violet Cured – In - Place - Pipe Lining (UV CIPP) repair technology. Work also includes all the necessary CCTV inspection and cleaning/preparation of the culvert prior to the UV CIPP lining plus the post lining CCTV inspection of the culvert. The existing 60” CMP is approximately 115 LF and traverses the main park entrance and exit roadway at Hammonasset State Park in Madison, CT. (latitude: 41.26799, longitude: -72.55492) The existing 60” CMP culvert is a tidal culvert as such work shall involve the use of an appropriately sized cofferdam and dewatering system. Contractor is to seek all applicable local, state and federal permits to successfully execute the UV CIPP repair work.
