1. Topographic Survey: perform A-2 topographic survey of the project sites that will be used to prepare base drawings. 2. Hazardous Building Materials Investigation: conduct hazardous building materials assessment for existing buildings/equipment that will be affected during the construction of PFAS treatment. 3. Geotechnical Evaluation: perform geotechnical subsurface explorations, and conduct geotechnical evaluation, and make geotechnical construction recommendations. 4. Final design services: prepare bidding documents in accordance with the requirements of the State of Connecticut Drinking Water Section and other applicable State and Local agencies. These include development of complete drawings and project manual; the design documents will include: • PFAS treatment systems including water process mechanical and process instrumentation and control. • PFAS treatment buildings (to house PFAS treatment components) including architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical components. • Proper management of PFAS waste residuals. • Prepare environmental assessment documentation. • Associated civil site and stormwater management design. 5. Development of opinion of probable construction cost estimates and construction schedule. 6. Permitting services required by Federal, State and Local agencies. 7. Bidding Services 8.
