AUDIO: Provide professional audio services for Commencement ceremonies to include a temporary sound reinforcement system designed for an audience of approximately 13,000 people on the Campus Center Lawn, and a sound reinforcement system designed for an audience of approximately 2,000 in the Clark Athletic Center Gym. Client anticipated audio needs are below, however, bidders should include what they feel is necessary to meet the needs of amplified sound for the space in their proposal. Anticipated Audio Needs for Campus Center Lawn • Two (2) arrays of eight (8) line array loudspeakers suspended from main stage structure • Two (2) arrays of six (6) line array loudspeakers suspended from client’s structure audio bays placed at wide spread offstage left and right for improved audio coverage of extended seating areas • Low profile full-range loudspeakers as needed for coverage of audience seated closest to stage • Two (2) full-range loudspeakers on stands for audio coverage of “Terrace Overlook” area • Speakers on stands as needed for graduate lineup coverage across Quad • Four (4) low profile audio monitors for stage participants • Two (2) microphones for two (2) University-provided lecterns • Other microphones as required for a capella performances • Two (2) line level program feeds for video recording • Two (2) line level audio feeds with listen box and headphones for teleprompter and captions technician • Two (2) audio direct box for client’s Marching order computers • One (1) audio multibox for program distribution to the media • All amplifiers, equalizers, other electronics, cables, cable ramps, stands, and accessories required • Qualified audio technicians to install, operate, and remove equipment Anticipated Audio Needs for Clark Athletic Center Gym • Eight (8) speakers on stands • Four (4) front fill speakers on stage • Two (2) hard wired podium microphones • One (1) digital audio mixing console • All adapters, cables, stands and accessories required • Qualified audio technicians to install, operate and remove equipment VIDEO SCREENS: Provide professional video display services for ceremonies to include: Anticipated Video Screens for Campus Center Lawn • Two (2) 20’ x 12’ Daylight-viewable LED video screens positioned on the left and right video bays of main stage, and LCD video monitors placed on downstage edge for stage party viewing • LED video screen rigging and support elements to safely secure screens to structure • Six (6) 42" flat panel monitors for stage party viewing • Screen power distribution system • LED screen drive rack with on-site backup unit • Digital video switcher/format converter with frame store for inserting client's logo slide at beginning and end of program • Laptop computer with PowerPoint slideshow playback software • All cables, hardware, adapters, and accessories required • Qualified LED screen technicians to install, operate, and remove equipment Anticipated Video Screens for Clark Athletic Center Gym • Single Laser Projection System with screen • Four (4) 32” LCD monitors for stage viewing • Digital video switcher • All cables, adapters and accessories required • Qualified technicians to install, operate and remove equipment
