* Repair and replace water and sanitary sewer piping, (PVC, CPVC, galvanic pipe, copper tubing, and stainless-steel piping), unclog sewer lines. * Replacement and modification of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, deionized water, and water systems. * Remove and/or install faucets, steam traps, shower diverters, tub shoes, shower bases, sink and tub drains, soldered copper pipe, cut and thread piping, remove and/or install soldered, threaded, Viega ProPress systems, remove and/or reinstall plastic PVC piping and fittings on an as needed basis, including emergency work and repairs. All plumbing work to comply with current State of TN plumbing code. * Contractor shall also provide electric and gas water heater installation, repair, and/or replacement. * Contractor shall also provide scheduled, preventive maintenance on plumbing fixtures and pipes, repair of clogs, leaks, and other plumbing related issues and replacement of plumbing fixtures and pipes. * Respondent may be required to work in confined spaces. Proper safety and personnel protective equipment shall be utilized. * There are two levels of response anticipated, normal and emergency. Normal requests are associated with planned work. Emergency requests will be designated as an emergency by Metro when making the request. All requests not specifically identified by Metro as emergency are normal requests. * Contractor will provide plumbing maintenance, repair, and emergency repair services on an on-call, as needed basis, for all Metro requests for both regular and emergency plumbing repairs and related plumbing fixture and appurtenance replacements. * Contractor will ensure priority response and service delivery at Metro's request and in full compliance with the schedule of required response/on-site service times required hereunder.
