Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) 1. Replacement and Installation of DeZURIK Plug Valves o Scope: Removal of 4 DeZURIK plug valves (2 valves of 8" diameter and 2 valves of 16" diameter). Supply and install 4 new valves, Conduct pressure testing and provide operational demonstration. o Location: Davis lift station at 404 N. Hill St. o Details: These valves are DeZURIK PEC Valves - Installed 1982-1984. They are the primary valves between the wet well and pump inlet. 2. Pump Pull, Repair, and Re-alignment o Scope: Pull, repair, and re-align 2 pumps. Test Alignment and functionality of pumps. o Location: Davis lift station within the dry well. o Details: Pump #1 is one of our larger Paco pumps (8400GPM) with a 250hp Marathon Electric motor. Pump #1 was acting as if something was stuck in the impeller (overloading the VFD) Staff was unable to remove the pump and inspect due to issues with the DeZURIK Valve. Pump #3 is one of our smaller Paco pumps (2100GPM) with a 50hp Marathon Electric motor to run it. Pump #3 managed to snap the shaft inside the volute and impeller. 3. Replacement and Installation of Floating Aerator and Mixer o Scope: Supply and install a new 20hp floating aerator as well a 15hp floating mixer.
