Project A: Elemiddle School (Addition and Renovations) consists of a new, approx. 19,000 SF, single story addition to the existing Elemiddle School facility. The new addition includes general classrooms, science classrooms, band/music room, weight room, associated support spaces such as restrooms, storage, and mechanical/electrical areas. Renovations at the existing Elemiddle Campus include new secure vestibules at the Elementary and Middle School entrances and other misc. interior renovations and other general scope of work (including site development) for the project as indicated in the contract documents. Project B: High School (Additions and Renovations) consists of a new, approx. 7,800 SF, single story classroom addition and a new, approx. 4,000 SF weight room addition to the existing High School facility. The new additions also include associated support spaces such as restrooms, storage, and mechanical/electrical areas. Renovations at the existing High School Campus include a new SPED Classroom, a new FACS Classroom, and other general scope of work (including site development) for the project as indicated in the contract documents.
