3.3.3.1 New design (current integrations: employee directory, HR job listings, Google calendar, iframe). The design would include multiple page template options, must be responsive for multiple device types, and meet industry-standard specifications for accessibility. 3.3.3.2 Prefer an Open Source CMS - Currently using Drupal, but open to other proposed options with similar features. Offeror MUST provide continuous CMS support throughout the life of the contract or provide another open-source option they will support. 3.3.3.3 NDSCS.edu would have 5-10 content authors/editors. Our staff is very comfortable with the Drupal CRM admin side, but not as much experience on the developer side. 3.3.3.4 Migration of all current content (about 1,600 pages, 1,400 media files, and 560 documents). Individual pages include 300+ employee directories and 300+ news articles. NDSCS will assist with any current site clean-up prior to final migration. 3.3.3.5 Hosting - Currently through Pantheon, but open to other proposed options. Offeror will assist with identifying a hosting solution (may be 3rd party) and development on that platform. 3.3.3.6 Training as needed (applicable if there is a new CMS)
