Pre-Construction activities • Participate in constructability, design and risk management reviews • Develop and review specifications • Estimate number of working days for a project and prepare and/or review construction schedule • Engineering and architecture design Construction activities • Overall construction management including coordination, preparing monthly progress reports, and processing contractor payments • Supplement City staff by providing construction management, inspection and payment documentation, contract administration, quality control/ assurance, and document control services • Review and analyze contractor’s schedules • Evaluate change order entitlement • Change order development, independent cost estimates, and support negotiations • Claim evaluation or preparation, including impact analyses • Construction contract administration for Federal and non-Federal project compliance Post-Construction activities • Construction claim evaluation, analyses, and negotiation support • Compile final documentation and project records • Contract close-out activities • Evaluate project documentation for auditing purposes • Support during audit
