The City of Bowling Green, KY is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents for a design/build project to upgrade the sound systems, displays, microphones, cameras, controls, and all other equipment associated with a/v technology in one (1) large conference room and ballrooms A-D in the Sloan Convention Center, located at 1021 Wilkinson Trace, Bowling Green, KY. This project shall also include four (4) portable video package units for large rooms consisting of 159” screens and laser projectors and two (2) portable package units for small rooms consisting of 100” screens and laser projectors. The project shall also include room signage consisting of new displays, integration with Salesforce software as well as all cabling needed. Furthermore, the project shall also include replacement of speakers in five (5) small meeting rooms, consisting of new speakers and new control and inputs per room. Speaker replacement and amplifier upgrades and new controls in pre-function areas shall also be part of this project.
