Begin 7.5 ft off of pavement at the SE corner of the leasehold of Stouse, follow the pavement SW 997 ln ft. turn 90 degrees to the left travel 190 ln ft and connect with the corner of the existing fence at PC disposal. Pick up again at the end of the PC disposal fence and begin travelling SE 385 ln ft, terminating at what will meet the future KDOT fence at a 90 degree angle. Install 65 ln ft of fence New Century Air Service Jet center Hangar to meet the existing fence north of the Signature Hangar on the west ramp of IXD.; Begin at the NE corner of north hangar on West 1 ramp. Remove approx 1,785 ln ft of fence (4ft only) and gates extending east to the northern hangar on East 1 ramp. Replace with new fence in exact location of old fence omitting all gates. Utilize terminal posts at west end, directly next to building. Terminate the fence on the east end at the beginning of the 8’ fence where it turns to return to the building. Install 3 strand barbed wire on 10 ln ft of existing 8’ fence. Install 25 ln ft of new fence between north buildings (Minden leasehold). From the existing fence at the SE corner of the East 1 ramp, tie on and construct approx 3 ln ft off the pavement and to the north of any existing utilities a new fence west 595 ln ft. Turn the corner 90 degrees south installing new fence to meet the existing gate, 32 ln ft. At the fire hydrant in the long east to west section, add a 10 ln ft manual sliding fence (5 ft on either side of the hydrant) for airport access to the fire hydrant. Install 50 ln ft of new fence between the Heartland Airplanes buildings with one swinging person gate 4 ln ft wide on the west side
