2.1.1 The contractor shall provide long-term care rebalancing opportunities for the Department of Health and Senior Services in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 In the event there are multiple contracts for the region, the state agency shall determine which contractor shall provide the required services based upon anticipated cost and the expertise of the contractor’s personnel. See Attachment 1, Show-Me Home Regions Map for a map showing the locations of the regions. 2.1.3 Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein.
