The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a Price Agreement with multiple responsive and responsible vendors capable of providing Escambia County with quality supplies as well as prompt, reliable service, utilizing prices that are fair and reasonable. Vendors are asked to respond to this solicitation by providing the price that the County will be charged for each item listed on the Unit Price List. Purchase Orders are to be issued to the vendor(s) with the lowest price per catalog item. In the event the product is unavailable at the lowest price, the County will contact vendors in the order of their pricing (lowest to highest). The product is to then be ordered from the vendor with the lowest price based on availability.
