SAIF Corporation invites you to submit a bid for pressure washing and cleaning services for SAIF’s parking structure located in Salem, Oregon per the specifications on the following page. SAIF would like to see pricing at three separate rates; for cleaning floors 1-3, floors 1-4, and per floor in the event we request a single floor be cleaned. You may use the payment terms section on page four to write in your bid amounts or you can provide a separate quote. SAIF will accept either format and be sure to include any annual increases. Services A. Contractor shall pressure wash and clean SAIF’s parking structure located at 655 Bellevue Street SE, Salem, Oregon (the “Services”). Parking structure clearance is 6’ 9”. B. Contractor Service requirements: 1. Performance of the services will usually be during the months of April (usually floors one through three) and October (usually to include the fourth floor) – but may be requested earlier or later at SAIF’s request; 2. pressure wash and clean specified floors per SAIF’s request including walls, stairwells and landings, and elevator landings with a fan spray tip and a maximum of 2,500 psi for; a. the entire first floor and any of the other epoxy coated areas, typically on the curves of floors 2-4. On these areas, use a flush about 18in away then use a walk behind Surface Cleaner. 3. pricing to be by floor (in the event not all floors are to be done) and each floor to include walls, stairwells and landings, and elevator landings. First floor is 45,648 SQFT including the under-ramp area, and floors two through four are each 45,648 SQFT including each ramp up area; 4. deep clean the parking stall areas, concentrating on removing oil stains; 5. remove cobwebs and clean around light fixtures; 6. funnel all runoff water through the oil/water separator drain located in the parking structure’s ground floor; and 7. perform all Services on weekends; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
