Contractor shall provide temporary staffing for Clackamas Health Centers Dental Clinics. Contractor shall be responsible for recruiting candidates for the following positions: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (“EFDA”), Dental Hygienist, and Dentist; conducting interviews and reporting interview results to CCHCD management, verifying selected candidates have licenses and/or credentials required for the positions, and if part of Contractor’s offered services, conducting background checks and providing a copy of the results to CCHCD management. CCHCD management shall not be under obligation to accept any candidate presented by Contractor. Final decision to hire shall remain with CCHCD. If background check is not provided or is insufficient to satisfy CCHCD needs, CCHCD shall conduct the appropriate background checks. CCHCD shall also conduct appropriate drug screenings as applicable under Clackamas County employment policies. Hired temporaries shall be scheduled by Contractor in coordination with needs communicated to Contractor by CCHCD. CCHCD shall be responsible for management and conduct of temporaries while under the supervision of CCHCD staff. Contractor shall be responsible for the payroll & associated taxes, workers compensation, W2’s at year end, and compliance of Immigration reform and contract act of all temporaries.
