Construction scope includes minor grading, site prep, and finishing as required for installation of a shade and play structure and site benches (purchase proprietary structure and benches through BCI Burke, include installation by BCI Burke); installation of new sidewalks as indicated on drawings within accessible tolerances (use steel mesh reinforcement and backfill against exposed concrete edges); and installation of playground turf (purchase proprietary product through GOAT turf, include installation by GOAT Turf). Accessory to this scope of work is some minor underground drainage that includes connecting two building downspouts to underground piping that diverts rainwater to the adjacent detention pond (slope for positive drainage and daylight).
