Daily Cleaning Requirements: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) after 5:00pm Restrooms: 1. Floors vacuumed and left clean and free of dust and dirt, then wet mopped using disinfectant cleaner. 2. Fixtures cleaned and sanitized. 3. Mirrors cleaned. 4. The fittings and supply pipes kept clean. 5. Sanitary napkin receptacles cleaned, sanitized, and refilled. 6. Stall partitions, tile walls, and handicap rails kept clean. 7. Waste receptacles emptied and resulting debris placed in designated areas. 8. Towel and tissue receptacles refilled from building stock. 9. Hand soap receptacles refilled from building stock. Offices: 1. Desks, filing cabinets, bookcases, tables, chairs, and any other office furniture dusted with dust control treated cloths weekly. 2. Windowsills, low ledges, molding, picture frames; etc., dusted with dust control treated clothes weekly. 3. Dust all ledges with a dust control treated cloth. 4. Remove any stains from doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, and moldings. 5. Empty all trash receptacles and place resulting debris in outside containers. 6. Vacuum all carpeted sections. Kitchen and Break Areas: 1. Clean off countertops and tables using disinfectant solution. 2. Clean and polish stainless steel sinks. 3. Vacuum and mop all hard tile surfaces using disinfectant solution. 4. Spot clean wall area around trash receptacles. 5. Empty all trash receptacles and place resulting debris in outside containers. Hallways, Foyer, and Lobby: 1. Dust all ledges with a dust control treated cloth. 2. Dust all exposed furnishings with a dust control treated cloth. 3. Vacuum and mop all hard tile floors with disinfectant solution. 4. Clean entrance glass and doors to remove all stains. 5. Empty all trash receptacles and place resulting debris in outside containers. 6. Dust all picture frames and pictures with dust control treated cloth. 7. Area doormats vacuumed nightly.
