This work consists of providing handyman, painting, and miscellaneous facility repair services on an as-needed basis at various MDOT/SHA facilities in Wicomico County. The contract will be written for a term not to exceed 36 months. TC "SP-Project Description, (499), ~~ Specifications, and Employment Agency" This Contract consists of supplying labor, tools and expertise necessary to perform as-needed facility repair, painting, and general handyman type services at the Salisbury Maintenance Shop and other buildings for the State Highway Administration in Wicomico County. The award in this procurement will be made for a 36 month contract with the successful bidder submitting a bid under $50,000. This contract will not be used for electrical, HVAC, or plumbing work, however, may be required to coordinate with those trades on certain projects. Types of services that will be completed under this contract include: Painting (interior and exterior) Wall repair/Drywall Flooring repair Light masonry/concrete work Roof Repairs/Waterproofing/caulking Power-washing Carpentry/Framing General handy-man related work
