The Ontario School District (District) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) services for various construction initiatives throughout the district. Key projects include: New Multi-Purpose Building at the High School: Funded by a grant recently applied for by the district (pending final grant approval). Multi-Phased Expansion and Addition to Aiken Elementary School: This project is expected to be completed over the next three-five years, with phases dictated by the availability of funding. District-Wide Maintenance and Upgrades: These include essential Mechanical/Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades, roof replacements, and door, hardware, and security enhancements to facilities throughout the district. Furthering the mission to ensure all district facilities remain safe, warm, and dry.
