The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Center for Cancer Prevention and Control, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to fund a health care system (e.g., Federally Qualified Health Center [FQHC], community health center, primary care clinic, pediatric clinic) in Maryland to increase HPV vaccination. Target population includes children and adults ages 9 through 26 for routine vaccination. Additional population of reach includes adults ages 27 through 45 for vaccination by shared clinical decision-making. Due to having highest incidence and/or mortality of oral and/or cervical cancers within Maryland, the following jurisdictions are prioritized for this RFP: Allegany County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Calvert County, Carroll County, Charles County, Cecil County, Frederick County, Kent County, Prince George’s County, Queen Anne’s County, Somerset County, St. Mary’s County, Washington County, Wicomico County, and Worcester County.
