The selected consultant(s) will be responsible for the following tasks, but not limited to: a) Safety and Security Assessment: I. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of SHA's housing communities, including physical infrastructure, policies, procedures, and community engagement. II. Identify specific safety needs within communities and allocate resources for targeted interventions like increased security measures and improved lighting. b) Integrated Physical Security (IPS): I. Assess property's physical infrastructure, access control measures, and emergency response protocols. II. Develop recommendations for a security plan, including video surveillance, access control systems, and visitor management protocols. c) Community Safety Needs: I. Collaborate with local community organizations and law enforcement to tailor interventions for specific challenges. II. Develop security recommendations including surveillance systems, security personnel, and incident response protocols. d) Equity and Inclusivity Review: I.
