2.1 Plumbing fixtures dispenser cleaning and metal cleaning 2.1.1 Shall be free of all deposits, stains and tarnish so that the item is left without cleaning streaks, film, odor, or stains and with a uniformly bright appearance. Cleaner is to be removed for adjacent surfaces 2.1.1.1 Area involved: all restrooms, breakrooms, toilets, sinks, and sink fixtures. 2.1.1.2 Cleaned (1) once a week. 2.2 Sweeping 2.2.1 Properly swept floor is free of dirt, dust, grit, lint, and debris, except imbedded dirt and grit. Corner and edges shall also be clean. 2.2.1.1 Area involved: all hard surface floors including entry ways. 2.2.1.2 Cleaned (1) once a week. 2.3 Trash removal 2.3.1 All waste receptacles shall be emptied, and the contents shall be disposed of in the proper designated container provided by the County. All used trash liners are to be replaced as needed. 2.3.1.1 Areas involved: all waste receptacles including those located in the backroom, patio, front door and cigarette receptacles. 2.3.1.2 Cleaned (1) once a week. 2.4 Dusting 2.4.1 A properly dusted surface is free of all dirt and dust streaks, lint, and cobwebs. 2.4.1.1 Area involved: all horizontal surfaces including all horizontal blinds, cobwebs around ceiling tiles, window seals/ledges, tops of cubicles. EXCLUDING DESKTOPS. DO NOT DUST ANY WORK SURFACE WITH PAPERWORK ON IT. 2.4.1.2 Cleaned (1) once a week. 2.5 Washing Walls 2.5.1 Spot cleaning all painted walls 2.5.1.1 Area involved: hallways, offices and bathrooms. 2.5.1.2 Cleaned quarterly Frist week of January, April, July, and October. 2.6 Spot Cleaning 2.6.1 A surface adequately spot cleaned is free of all stains, deposits, and is substantially free of cleaning marks. 2.6.1.1 Area involved: any soiled area. 2.6.1.2 Cleaned (1) once a week.
