The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) will be purchasing and installing electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and is seeking turnkey proposals from qualified developers for the purchase, design, installation, and operation and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at four WVPA sites along the West Virginia Turnpike: • Bluestone Travel Plaza (MP 18 I-77, Northbound, Mercer County) • Beckley Travel Plaza (MP 45 I-77, Northbound & Southbound, Raleigh County) • Camp Creek Lot (MP 18.5 I-77, Mercer County) • Rest Area (MP 69 I-77, Kanawha County); WVPA is seeking turnkey proposals for EVSE that include the following: • Platform or skid mounted EV charging stations • Above-ground platform design to allow for easy installation of future EV chargers, providing minimal infrastructure disruption • Equipment must be National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) compliant • Minimum of 55% of components by cost made and manufactured in the U.S. • At least one (1) EVITP certified electricians for the installation and maintenance of EVSE • 5-year comprehensive maintenance plan for EVSE • A plan for achieving and maintaining a minimum of 97% uptime of EVSE • Servicing plan that provides on-site repair of equipment and software within three (3) hours of service disruption and temporary charging solutions if needed • Services to provide engineering, design, and utility coordination for each project site
