• Single Sign-On (SSO) Capability: The system must offer SSO capability to provide secure login functionality for administrators, advisors, and students. SSO integration must enhance security and simplify access management for users across platforms. Examples of how SSO capability would impact a user with different roles (faculty administrator in academic unit who oversees international activities, also personally conducts international research, and provides unit level reports to academic deans) would be desirable. • Integration with Student Information System (SIS): The software must integrate seamlessly with Banner and PeopleSoft to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and consistency. Software must interface with the campus SIS to facilitate automatic data synchronization and streamline administrative processes. • System Security: Software must provide security for confidential documents/information submitted by students and scholars. • Device Compatibility: Software must be compatible across multiple devices and operating systems (including web browsers) including but not limited to smart phones, tablets, laptops, and computers. • Software Support, Training, Implementation Schedule: The vendor must provide comprehensive software support services, including technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Training resources must be available to ensure administrators and advisors are proficient in using the software effectively. • Repository/Searchable Database of University Partnerships: System must have customizable workflow and approval flow for agreements and feature a user-friendly process for transferring and converting existing university partnerships/documents into the new system. • Advanced Reporting Capabilities: The software must include comprehensive reporting tools that enable senior leadership to track, analyze, and report on all aspects of global activities. Analytics features must allow for data-driven program optimization and strategic planning.
