Construction of a 9-stall indoor depot electric bus charging facility at the Capital Transit Facility (colloquially known as the “bus barn”) including installation of large industrial electrical services and electric bus charging equipment, modification of the existing building to construct a canopy and alcove to house equipment and make ready work for a future backup generator. WORK includes, but is not limited to; selective demolition, earthwork, trenching and shoring, asphalt, concrete flatwork, structural concrete, metal framing, insulating, roofing, and siding, minor plumbing, underground electrical conduit and vault, conductors and cables, and specialty and non-specialty electrical equipment and miscellaneous related WORK.
