The Consultant shall be capable of providing any and all the following items in order to produce complete project design services. Firm must be able to provide professional services including site development, architectural design, structural design, landscape architecture, geotechnical analysis, and other services required for the design of the Community Center site. Provide Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost for construction of the Community Center and all site improvements. Provide Technical Specifications for work not included in the City of Lakeland Construction Specifications. Prepare Construction Plans and Bid Book for project and any other ancillary responsibilities and submittals as needed for a full and complete set of construction plans and specifications in a form acceptable to the City of Lakeland Submit application for building permit through Memphis Shelby County Division of Planning and Development. Prepare and submit Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (“SWPPP”) to acquire Notice of Coverage through Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
