Courier services is requested at a minimum of 3 days per week, for the pickup and delivery of laboratory sample coolers. It is anticipated that two (2) coolers, approximately 22.5”x 16” x 17.25” in size, will be transported per trip. Location 1, pickup: The Cascadia Wastewater Treatment Plant located at, 16802 Cascadia Blvd E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. Location 2, delivery: The Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Laboratory located at, 10311 Chambers Creek Road W, University Place, WA 98467. • Sample coolers are to be picked up from the Cascadia Wastewater Treatment Plant between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. every week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Samples and/or coolers picked up, shall be delivered within two (2) hours of pickup from location 1 to location 2. o Delayed delivery beyond two (2) hours will negate sample quality and no payment will be made to courier or firm. • Additional trips may be requested as needed and services may be required on certain weekends and/or holidays. • All drivers delivering samples for the County shall meet all Department of Licensing requirements and have insurance naming Pierce County as additionally insured. o See Attachment A for insurance requirements
