Nashville Department of Transportation, Metro Water Services, and TDOT Specifications and Standard Drawings will be used for the construction of roadway projects including all pertinent roadway infrastructure. The purpose of the proposed work is to install, construct or repair roadway infrastructure within the Right of Way or Metro owned Property in Davidson County. The proposed work requiring construction plans and/or sketches will be provided by the Project Manager prior to the Contractor submitting a proposal for a purchase order. The work, repair and/or construction of infrastructure within the Metro right-of-way or Metro owned Property, shall consist of the furnishing of all materials (not specifically stated to be furnished by Metro), labor, equipment, and tools in order to complete the construction. The work will be accomplished on an individual purchase order basis. Each identified project will be negotiated based on estimated quantities to complete the work and by using unit prices in the contract. The Contractor, as a minimum, must achieve and maintain the performance outcomes listed in the plans and specifications as provided for each project and/or Nashville Department of Transportation, Metro Water Services, and TDOT Specifications and Standard drawings. The Contractor shall be consistent with performance standards agreed to by the Department through a contract resulting from this solicitation.
