Generator Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services for all ADCRR Locations

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quarterly Inspection, Maintenance and Testing Services; consisting of but may not be limited to: 2.6.1. Engine(s) Cooling System: 2.6.1.1. Inspect engine cooling system for leaks and obstructions (document and repair minor leaks); 2.6.1.2. inspect belts and hoses; 2.6.1.3. check coolant level and fill or top off as needed (up to 1 gallon); 2.6.1.4. check coolant freeze point; 2.6.1.5. check inhibitors (Nitrites); 2.6.1.6. check cooling loop strainer for obstruction (if applicable); 2.6.1.7. inspect radiator and radiator heat exchanger cap; 2.6.1.8. inspect pulleys for excessive wear; 2.6.1.9. pressure test system (if required); 2.6.1.10. lubricate fan drive; 2.6.1.11. check and lube, if required, the water pump and fittings following OEM specifications; 2.6.1.12. check engine fan, fan clutch, and fan drive (lubricate as needed); 2.6.1.13. check airflow ducts and louvers for proper ventilation and operation 2.6.2. Engine(s) Air System: 2.6.2.1. Inspect engine air cleaner; 2.6.2.2. check air cleaner indicator for proper operation; 2.6.2.3. check intake system for damage or loose connections; 2.6.2.4. service crankcase breather system(s); 2.6.2.5. service air box drains (if applicable); and change oil and clean elements-wet type 2.6.3. Engine(s) Fuel System: 2.6.3.1. Inspect engine fuel system for leaks (document and repair minor leaks); 2.6.3.2. check fuel level; 2.6.3.3. check for water in fuel; 2.6.3.4. drain water from water separator; 2.6.3.5. check day tank pump and alarms for proper operation; 2.6.3.6. inspect and lubricate governor linkage; 2.6.3.7. check governor oil level and add if needed (if applicable) 2.6.4. Engine(s) Lubricating System: 2.6.4.1. Inspect engine lubricating system for leaks (repair minor leaks); 2.6.4.2. check oil level and fill, or top off, if needed (up to 1 gallon) 2.6.5. Engine(s) Exhaust System: 2.6.5.1. check exhaust systems for leaks; 2.6.5.2. inspect exhaust outlet protection; 2.6.5.3. drain condensation trap (if accessible); 2.6.5.4. check for broken or missing hardware; 2.6.5.5. check for engine wet stacking 2.6.6. Engine(s) Electrical System: 2.6.6.1. check condition of cables, wiring, loom, straps and connections; 2.6.6.2. check engine alternator; 2.6.6.3. inspect ignition system-gas engines only (if applicable); 2.6.6.4. check general condition of batteries/record date last changed; 2.6.6.5. check operation of all unit heaters (oil, coolant, battery);
