The work covered by this specification consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials, and performing all service operations in conjunction with providing a turn-key chemical injection system of 50% hydrogen peroxide at the South Omaha Industrial Area (SOIA) Lift Station at 22nd and Washington in Omaha, NE including: • Provide one or more HDPE double-containment storage tank(s). • Provide two diaphragm chemical metering pumps. • Provide stainless steel piping from tank to pumps and from pumps to existing pipe. • Provide stainless steel vented ball valves and pressure relief valves. • Provide remote monitoring of feed system and provide inventory management of chemical. • Provide supply of 50% hydrogen peroxide solution. • Provide sampling, monitoring and reporting services. • Provide system maintenance. • Provide system and safety training.
