This project includes the construction of a covered storage building (new building) for parking of sludge cake trucks. The new building shall be a pre-fabricated metal building with delegated foundational design work. The new building is to be located on the are to the West of the existing sludge truck loading building. This new building will have a concrete floor slowed inwards towards a drain connected to by a later line to the local sewer system. Additionally, the new building must include a new security camera compatible with the existing treatment plant’s security system, and new electrical control panels, switches, conduits, and internal and external lighting. The facade of the building must be of metal panels and the construction of the new building shall not cause disturbance to plant operations at any time.
