To obtain program management and consulting services to Army National Guard organizations. In support of the Army National Guard, the Prospective Contractor shall provide program management and consulting services for AT program requirements, to include without limitation: • Expert advice • Programmatic Guidance • Organizational and business operation planning • Policy, budget, and financial analysis • Liaison with NGB ARO-I, Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, and civil agencies • Develop a variety of studies, reports, plans, and technical analysis in accordance with NGR 5- 1/ANGI 63-101, Chapter 21, September 2005 (See Appendix A), NGR-5-1/ANGI Appendix 10, September 2005 (See Appendix B), and AR 525-13 (See Appendix C).
