provide items necessary to erect new or repair existing fences, including wildlife and pasture fences that include 48” tall field fence, barbed wire fence, 96” tall wildlife fence, and high-tensile electric fence. Supplies have been listed out for pricing in a Cost Worksheet. Shipments will be to multiple departments at the University of Georgia and will include statewide shipping locations. Please provide the shipping cost per mile as well as be advised departments may wish to pick up at the given location for the supplier. The items will be procured on an "as needed" basis. The contract term will be one (1) year with the option to renew up to four additional twelve-month periods. Prices submitted will be static for the contract term and only reviewed at renewal and any changes must be mutually agreed upon.
